1. Who has helped he/she along the way?

Her whole friend group and I have motivated her to keep going and strive towards her goal.
 I helped her keep going even when times got tough.

2. What amount of work do you have to put into getting this award?

You have to put in a lot of work to achieve this award, but if you are willing to do the work you can win the award.
You need to put one hundred percent in everything and you need to be very organized.

3. What are some extra curricular activities you can join if you are wanting to achieve this award?

You can join sports and other clubs. 
You can be in sports, marching band, art club, and more there is no limit.
