The Man Who Played The Violin

In a commonplace environment at an unexpected hour:

Do we perceive beauty?
We do not perceive beauty because at that time we are so focused and stressed about something that needs to be done. One of the most talented violin players was playing and only a couple people stopped. For someone to be recognized for their playing in the subway is to play songs that people know, but many don't accept the beauty of old pieces.
Do we stop to appreciate it?
Few stop to appreciate the talent that we find in commonplaces. Our world revolves around celebrities and we don't recognize any other talent because the celebrities are already "talented enough". Only one women stopped and recognized the amazing violinist.
Do we recognize talent in an unexpected context?
If we were told to recognize the talent then we would do it, but if we are not told then we will not even think about it twice. Our society needs to be told what to do for us to get it done. We rely on others and we are stuck in our own little worlds.
If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world playing the best music ever written, how many other things are we missing?
I feel that we are missing a lot because of the new technology and stress that earning money has put on everyone. Jobs are stressing adults out so much that only a couple stopped to recognize the amazing music that was being played. The stress never ends, so people who are actually playing in the subway as a living are having a harder time succeeding.
